Columns Property

Overview

Gets the read-only list of column metadata for the table. This is commonly used by dynamic UI components to build grids and forms from schema.

employeeObservableDataTable.AddColumn("Id", DataTypeNames.INT32);
employeeObservableDataTable.AddColumn("Name", DataTypeNames.STRING);

// Get list of column metadata for Employee table
IReadOnlyList<IColumnMetadata> employeeColumns = employeeObservableDataTable.Columns;
