AddObservableDataRow Method
Adds an already-created IObservableDataRow instance to the table,
wires its events, and raises RowsAdded / CollectionChanged.
Use this when you created observable rows elsewhere (for example, during custom import).

/// </summary>
/// <param name="observableDataRow">Observable data row</param>
/// <returns>Added observable data row</returns>
