Scale Property

Overview

Gets or sets an optional numeric scale. This is typically used for decimal columns to describe the number of digits after the decimal point.

Usage Example

// 1. Create salary column metadata

// Set Scale to 2 to indicate that this column can contain a maximum of 2 digits after the decimal point (for example, 12345678.90 has 2 digits after the decimal point)
salaryColumnMetadata.Scale = 2;
