Precision Property

Overview

Gets or sets an optional numeric precision. This is typically used for decimal columns to describe the total number of digits.

Usage Example

// 1. Create salary column metadata
IColumnMetadata salaryColumnMetadata = new ColumnMetadata();

// 2. Set Precision to 10 to indicate that this column can contain a total of 10 digits (for example, 12345678.90 has a total of 10 digits)
salaryColumnMetadata.Precision = 10;
